empty mini barunreplaced toothbrush
the mini bar was, like, a mirage. promised to be complimentary and refilled daily, but it remained tragically empty during my entire stay. also, my toothbrush, a true friend in need, was never replaced by housekeeping. i reminded me of i was conserving resources, which wasn't the vibe i was going for.

Problematic stay, several issues encountered
faulty outlets
Check-in took longer than expected. I got to my room later than I should have. Electrical plugs and outlets were not functioning properly, this was a serious issue.

the staff were slow. the room design IS odd, i think it does not take into account how ppl will use the room. Music was too loud from the bar, and things were dusty in the room. my pillow case smelled bad and the mattress cover WAS torn. Also they don't restock toiletries.

ali and his colleague kept my room super clean (i really appreciated that). hadeel at the restaurant welcomed me with a friendly smile, always checking on my overall experience.
i had to call around four times for the front desk to answer, and any order took a long time to arrive.

the room was lovely, clean. the breakfast had tasty options and many choices, it was something special. i loved the quiet atmosphere of this room.
The hotel cabs seemed expensive compared to regular ride options. It felt pushy.

i enjoyed the friendly staff. kajal at reception showed positive energy and professional assistance. paul at ernst restaurant was superb. ghulam managed the games area well.
the noise from adjacent rooms caused disruption. i heard conversations and shouting, which affected comfort. this especially happened in the middle of the night and early morning.
